Our Holiday Best To You!
We are honored to share with you the winning recipe from our 16th annual BHMI Favorite Seasonal Treat Contest. Each year BHMI holds a company-wide contest to find the recipe that will prove worthy as BHMI’s corporate holiday gift.
This year’s BHMI Best seal of approval goes to Nancy Sayles, Software Design Engineer, for her Winter Wands. This is a great holiday treat because it is quick, easy, and festive. You can easily alter this treat to go with any holiday or occasion by selecting different themed sprinkles. Invite your friends, kids, or nieces/nephews to craft this confection with you. It’s a fun family activity!
Nancy has been with BHMI for three years. She started as a Quality Assurance Engineer before moving into her current role as a Software Design Engineer for the Concourse Product Division. Nancy was born and raised in a small town in eastern Germany. She came to the U.S. in 2005, when she married her husband Daniel. Together they have two boys, Chayce, 7, and Cayden, 9; along with many fur babies, reptiles and fish! On July 8, 2016, Nancy became a citizen of the United States. She is a true patriot and was very excited and honored to be able to vote in her first election in 2016. Nancy is very active with community service and enjoys traveling. She’s also an amazing chef just like her mother. Some of her specialties are German potato salad as well as cakes and small baked goodies. Nancy has entered our contest in the past, but her treats were so beautiful and complex we didn’t know how to duplicate or ship them! We are delighted to share Nancy’s recipe with you this year and we hope that you enjoy this treat as much as we did. We wish you a peaceful and joyous holiday season, and may the New Year bring you much success and good cheer.
Happy Holidays,
Your friends at Baldwin Hackett & Meeks, Inc.
