Below is a picture of BHMI’s Cheryl Fitzgarrald with a team from Cuscal Limited.  Cheryl is sitting farthest to the right, in the front row.  She recently spent a week in Sydney completing Concourse – Disputes training for Cuscal, which is Australia’s leading independent provider of payment solutions.  Cuscal switches and acquires 40% of Australia’s ATM transactions, processes 16% of Australia’s EFT transactions, and has over 7 million cards under its management. Cuscal is also one of the primary architects of Australia’s New Payments Platform (NPP) infrastructure.  NPP is transforming the way Australians make payments.  Cuscal is using a variety of modules within the Concourse Financial Software Suite to perform settlement, reporting, and disputes management via the NPP Hub.
